It was very important to us that we engage an outfitter who cared more about the whales than delivering an experience to their clients. These are incredible creatures and we didn't want to contribute to stressing them or overrunning them with people. Isabelle was wonderful in that regard. She cared about delivering an experience to us -- but not at the expense of not following the rules or stressing the whales.
