Small Surf School

Small Surf School is a family business founded in 2024 in Seignosse, in the Landes region of France, specialising in surf lessons. The lessons are given from a mobile Surf Truck, which can be adapted to suit the weather and wave conditions. The school has permission from the local council to operate in the restricted area on Penon Beach, with the meeting point set directly at the Penon car park. Lockers are available on board the lorry for participants to leave their personal belongings before the lesson. Group lessons are strictly limited to a maximum of 8 participants, while private lessons are for a maximum of 4. Safety and learning are ensured by the instructor's constant presence in the water alongside the students, allowing individual advice to be given with each wave. The instructors hold the BEES (Brevet d'Etat d'Enseignement du Surf) qualification, guaranteeing a structured approach to learning about the water, independence and progress for beginners and experienced surfers alike.
