Ersfjordbotn Arctic

Ersfjordbotn Arctic is a multi-activity base located in Ersfjordbotn, at the head of Ersfjorden on Kvaløya island, Norway, 30 minutes by car from central Tromsø.

Ersfjordbotn Arctic offers three outdoor Arctic experiences available individually or combined as a day package, set directly beneath coastal mountains dropping into the sea. You warm up in an Arctic panoramic sauna overlooking the fjord paired with a cold sea plunge directly outside, or float in the fjord equipped with a dedicated cold-water survival suit.

Ersfjordbotn Arctic also organises guided fjord excursions featuring northern lights observation, sledging, and a campfire gathering inside a historic boathouse located next to the Frozen Arctic Waterfall. All outings operate in small groups led by professional guides, with dedicated thermal floating survival equipment provided on site for water activities.
