Situated to the south of Innsbruck, the Stubai Valley is carved out between the mountains of the Austrian Tyrol and the Stubai Glacier, from which it takes its name. It has several ski areas and is dotted with small villages surrounded by nature, ideal for a year-round escape in the fresh air. And if you are lucky enough to visit in winter, why not take the opportunity to go snowshoeing at the foot of the Stubai Alps? Whether in Ranalt or one of the other municipalities in the valley, the Earla OG team will take you on a hike that is adapted to the snow and weather conditions of the day, ensuring you have a safe outing.
Your guided snowshoe hike in the Stubai Valley will take place in a small group of a maximum of 12 hikers, in the company of other participants, or just with your loved ones if you opt for the private activity. You will be led by a local guide along a quiet loop trail between forest and open alpine scenery. Be prepared to enjoy not only exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and their peaks at over 3,000 metres, but also the knowledge of your guide, who will be delighted to tell you all about what interests you in the region! All in all, you will spend around 3 hours exploring a quiet corner of the Stubai Valley, with plenty of time to admire the scenery and take photos.
Accessible by car or bus from Innsbruck, this guided snowshoe hike in the Stubai Valley is the perfect way to escape into the heart of nature for half a day. And then, who knows? Perhaps you will want to continue chatting with your guide over a nice hot meal in a Tyrolean hut once the adventure is over?
