Discover the remarkable plateau of Coscione in South Corsica during a half or full day guided hike!

The Coscione plateau, located in the Alta-Rocca mountains near the Aiguilles de Bavella, at an altitude of 1,500 meters, is a fantastic place for excursions in summer and winter. Only 30 minutes from the village of Quenza, it offers very pleasant hiking trails!

In the company of a Trekors mountain guide, you will discover a unique spectacle of nature on the Coscione plateau: your hike will be punctuated by the passage of free-ranging animals, the crossing of small mountain streams, as well as numerous stops to enjoy the magnificent panoramas on the plateau, snow-covered or not. You will also be able to admire the famous pozzines, those thick moss-like patches of grass.

Leave for a private excursion of 1 to 8 persons of half a day on the plateau of Coscione, in the south center of Corsica!

Course of events

- Meeting point in Quenza, then 30 minutes of car (your own vehicle) to join the departure of the hike: attention, the road is not maintained and is in bad state (slalom between the potholes), thus please avoid the cars too low

- Hike with if desired a picnic /spuntinu of local products of choice (16 euros to be paid on the spot)

Special terms

The route may vary depending on the weather conditions.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can contact your instructor if you wish to order an optional picnic of Corsican products (16€ per person extra to be paid on site).

In winter only: possibility to rent snowshoes for an additional 10€ (to be paid on site).

The meeting point is in Quenza, then there will be 30 minutes of road in rather bad condition: avoid cars that are too low.
