About the activity

Free of any technical sections and with all obstacles bypassable on foot or by swimming, the Fiumicelli Canyon is ideal for families wanting to discover canyoning at the Aiguilles de Bavella, with children from the age of 6. With accessible, optional jumps (2 to 3 metres at most), natural water slides for a taste of excitement, and plenty of time spent in the water around 15°C, this aquatic hike through the Fiumicelli Canyon promises fun for all ages in a stunning natural setting. From the breathtaking emerald green of the natural plunge pools to the backdrop of the Aiguilles de Bavella peaks, there will be no shortage of jaw-dropping sights throughout the experience!

Located at the Aiguilles de Bavella, halfway between Solenzara and Zonza, the Fiumicelli Canyon offers an easy 2-hour canyoning descent led by a qualified instructor. They will provide all the equipment you need and keep your bottles of water in their waterproof bag before guiding you throughout the aquatic hike, helping you navigate each obstacle and keeping a close eye on your safety at all times. You can rest assured you will have unforgettable moments with your children, in complete safety, in a friendly atmosphere, thanks to a group cap of 12 participants.

Toegankelijk voor het hele gezin. Wij waren met 3 kids van 5, 8 en 10. Zelfs die van 5 vond het fantastisch. Sprongen of slides die te moeilijk waren kon je allemaal op een eenvoudige manier voorbij gaan. Prettige instructeur. Prachtige omgeving. Ook voor volwassenen (beginners) zit er voldoende uitdaging in. De kids noemden het de leukste activiteit tijdens onze vakantie.

Fun activity with the kids, some jumps and slides, but not very difficult and all can be bypassed. Good as a start and if you are not an extreme trill seeker (like we are). For 5/6 yrs old the walks can be very challenging

Top! Onze kinderen zijn 9 en 10. Voor hen was dit een spannende maar supertoffe beleving! Er staat bij de beschrijving dat deze activiteit geschikt is voor kinderen vanaf 5 jaar. Ik vind dit best pittig voor een kind van 5 jaar. Er was een meisje mee van 5 (bijna 6) en voor haar was dit niet haalbaar (ze huilde, moest worden gedragen, …).
