La Richiusa, located near Ajaccio, is one of the most famous canyons of Corsica. By venturing there, you will be able to taste all the joys of canyoning! This descent is very accessible, even for beginners who will discover all the ingredients of canyoning in Corsica: jumps, slides, zip lines and abseils (max height: 10 m) in the magical setting of the Migliarella massif.
The canyon is located near the village of Bocognano. It will take you about 45 to 55 minutes of walking depending on your formula to get there, then you will leave for more than 3 hours of descent, a real pleasure! All the more so as you will only need to walk for about 20 minutes on the way back. So you can use all your energy in the waters of La Richiusa canyon!
The descent of this canyon takes about 4 to 5 hours, with jumps that are never compulsory and do not exceed 10 meters in height. The abseils are few (3 maximum per descent) and do not exceed 15 meters high, but some cannot be bypassed and are therefore mandatory. How to judge the difficulty of these canyons? To understand the classification of the canyons in Corsica, you need to know the standard reference system proposed by the French Federation of Mountain and Climbing (FFME).
This classification system proposes three entries to frame the canyons:

- the second is the aquatic aspect ( A ) of the sections. The scale also goes from 1 to 7;
