The fun starts at one of the listed locations in Levi (please specify when booking), where you'll be shuttled to the Beyond Arctic office. Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by your professional photography guide who will give a safety and itinerary briefing. Then, you and your group (a maximum of 8 people) will depart for the scenic 20-minute drive to the ice fishing location. Once you've arrived at the frozen lake, you'll find the ideal spot to drill your hole in the ice (you may change locations several times). After a spot has been chosen, your guide will help you with the fishing equipment and provide an ice fishing techniques introduction. 

Now, it's time to cast your line and try your luck at catching perch, trout, pike, white fish, etc. Midway through the tour, you'll be treated to hot drinks and snacks around a cosy campfire. Your catch can also be cooked over the fire for a tasty treat. Since your guide is also a professional photographer, they are happy to share tips and tricks of landscape photography. In addition, they will take 10-15 photos of your group to mark the occasion, a great souvenir of Finnish Lapland! Don't forget to keep your eyes peeled for wildlife, as many species call this region home. At the end of the tour, you'll return to the original departure point in Levi with lifelong memories of your time in the Arctic.
