Meet at 9.15 am at the base to meet the instructor, then 45 minutes by car to get to the start of the activity (transportation not included). Approximately 1 hour hike down to the canyon, then picnic, and 3 to 4 hours in the water alternating jumps up to 5 meters, slides on natural slides, swimming and wandering in the water (all obstacles are bypassable). Return walk of 15 minutes. Return scheduled between 4 and 5 pm.

After a 20 minute walk, 4 hours in the water alternating jumps up to 8 meters (not mandatory), swimming, natural slides, abseiling and bouldering. The picnic is done at the water's edge. At the end, return to the vehicle by a difficult walk of about 45 minutes with important difference in level. Return between 4.30 pm and 5:30 pm.
