Course of events
Day 1: Pissarde canyon (5 to 6 hours of activity)
- Meet your guide.
- 10-minute drive to the canyon.
- 10-minute activity briefing and equipment distribution.
- 5-minute approach walk.
- A day's descent of the Pissarde canyon with a 1-hour picnic break in the canyon: the route begins with several waterfalls of increasing height, in a lush green setting. The aim is to learn how to abseil and equip yourself to descend the final 80-metre waterfall.
- 10-minute return walk.
- 10-minute drive back to the meeting point.
- Debriefing, de-equipping and end of activity.
Day 2: Ecouges integral canyon (7 to 8 hours of activity)
- Meet your guide.
- 10-minute activity briefing and equipment distribution.
- 5-minute approach walk.
- The first part of the route is in a deep gorge, very aesthetic and made up of 13 abseils whose increasing height ends in a final waterfall of 60 metres with an incredible view over the valley (4 hours).
- After a picnic in the lower section (1 hour), the route becomes more fun with two abseils of 10 and 25 metres, followed by a very entertaining section where you can jump and slide down natural slides (3 to 4 hours).
- 20-minute return walk.
- Debriefing, de-equipping and end of activity

Activity requirements
You need to be able to swim and be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.
What's more, you must not be afraid of water or of heights.
Parental authorisation is required for minors taking part in the activity without an accompanying adult.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the activity to take place.
Special terms
A first experience in abseiling and canyoning is strongly recommended and a readjustment of the routes can be proposed according to your level.
In July and August, places for two consecutive days are not guaranteed. Please contact us for more information.
This activity is not accessible to pregnant women, people with disabilities, senior participants, people with back or heart problems or those who have recently undergone surgery.
