Activity description
Choose your partner well to come and measure yourself against the rapids of the Giffre aboard a canoraft, an inflatable boat designed for two people!
Canorafting, or canoe rafting, is a whitewater activity that requires a good physical condition: absolute beginners with no previous canorafting experience should go for the "discovery" course, or redirect themselves to the Haut-Giffre rafting trip. But no matter which route you take, you will always be closely followed by a Nunayak certified guide in his own boat!
Designed to accommodate two people like a canoe, the canoraft will require good coordination with your partner to successfully navigate the rapids of the Giffre. Starting from Nunayak's base in Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, you will pass through different villages of Haute-Savoie crossed by the Giffre: Samoëns, Verchaix, etc., until Taninges. Beautiful landscapes are waiting for you, accompanied by all the thrills of the canoraft!
The rapids and the fresh water of this clear mountain river are yours thanks to this sporty white water activity starting from Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval!

Activity requirements
You must be able to swim and be in good health to do canorafting.
A first experience in white water is also required.
If the instructor considers that you are not sporty enough, he can redirect you to rafting (subject to availability).

Activity dependent on weather impact on the environment: Nunayak can modify and adapt the routes if necessary.
