Go down the beautiful Giffre river in the Alps by canoe-raft and discover the Gorges des Tines !
Escape for a sporty moment in white water on the Giffre, in the middle of nature, and enjoy all the sensations! You will discover the canoe-raft, an inflatable boat for two people offering a real freedom of movement to discover the river and its rapids. The challenge will be to coordinate with your teammate to go down the Giffre river in Samoens!
Altitude Rafting's guides, passionate professionals, will accompany you for a "semi-autonomous" descent. After a briefing allowing you to acquire some navigation techniques, keys of river reading and the understanding of the gestures which will direct you throughout the course, you will embark directly for 1h30 to 2h of activity! They will navigate at your side to help you progress, whatever your level. This activity is accessible to beginners, nevertheless sportsmen.
You will navigate on the Giffre river in Haute-Savoie, a mountain river in the heart of a preserved nature which will reserve you many surprises! You will also have the pleasure of crossing the Gorges des Tines which are only accessible by boat, making this canoe-raft adventure even more incredible!
7 km of canoe-raft between Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval and Samoëns for 1h30 to 2h on the water (count 2h to 2h30 of activity in total).
The end of the day slots will be privileged for this activity in order to allow you a descent "at your own pace".
Activity requirements
It is necessary to be in good physical condition: if there are two of you but you want a more playful descent, prefer rafting.

If the water level is too high, you will probably go rafting.
