Have you already done a first dive and would like to dive longer? Then this scuba diving discovery in the Cousteau Reserve is for you!
If you already had a first dive and you would like a longer underwater experience, the instructors at Les Heures Saines Plongée suggest you take this discovery dive in the Cousteau Reserve, one of Guadeloupe's most famous protected marine areas. Located on the coast from Pointe-Noire to Bouillante, opposite Malendure beach, you will be immersed for an hour, which is longer than a traditional scuba diving initiation!
A dive master will accompany you throughout this discovery dive in the Cousteau Reserve to help you discover the sensations of underwater gravity, as well as the aquatic fauna and flora of the Caribbean Sea to a maximum depth of 6 metres. You will be diving with other participants, with a guide taking charge of 3 divers in a group for an experience that gives you a little more autonomy than a classic first dive, while remaining perfectly safe.

- Welcome at the Les Heures Saines diving centre at Rocher de Malendure
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions, then equipment
- Boarding the boat and sailing to the dive site for 5 to 10 minutes
- Launch for 50 to 60 minutes of discovery diving to a maximum depth of 6 metres, in a group of 3 divers for 1 dive master (4 divers max. if in the same group)
- Return to the boat and navigation back to the centre
- Disembarkation, de-equipping at the centre and end of the activity
Activity requirements
Previous scuba diving experience is required to take part in this activity.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to take part in this activity.
You must not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity, such as respiratory problems (exercise-induced asthma), heart problems, ENT problems, lung problems, diabetes or epilepsy.

Please note you are not allowed to fly for up to 24 hours after your last dive.
