Set off for a half-day adventure in the wilderness of southern Mauritius on a hike starting from Rivière des Anguilles!
Accessible to everyone from the age of 6, this hike in the south of Mauritius from Rivière des Anguilles takes you to discover the superb wild landscapes of the island's south coast. Accompanied by an experienced local guide with a passion for Mauritian flora and fauna, you will cross the sugar cane fields of Rivière des Anguilles to reach the seafront to the east of Souillac: the waves are powerful on this side of the island, offering a breathtaking spectacle that will allow you to take some superb photos!
During your hike in the south of Mauritius, you will enjoy a swim in a natural pool close to the coast, and will also cool off under the Senneville waterfall, the highlight of the outing. The waterfall ends its course in the ocean, where you will have a perfectly unobstructed view, the ideal setting for a short break before the return walk to Rivière des Anguilles.
