Discover the magic of the Northern Lights on this 3-hour, guided safari from Kirkenes. A fun-filled excursion for all ages! 

Situated on the shores of the Bøkfjorden, Kirkenes is located in northeastern Norway, within the Arctic Circle. Known for its diverse marine life, as well as its mountainous and unique landscapes, Kirkenes is a popular destination for those looking to immerse themselves in a winter wonderland. In addition, it is one of the best places in Scandinavia to view the incredible natural phenomenon of the Northern Lights! 

Your adventure begins in Kirkenes, where you will be picked up at either the Thon or Scandic Hotels (please specify when booking). You and your group (a maximum of 100 participants) will be greeted by your knowledgeable and friendly guide. After a 15-20 minute drive to the Snowhotel, you'll put on your gear, including thermal overalls and boots. After a safety and itinerary briefing, the fun starts! You'll set out far away from the light pollution of the city. Once you've found the perfect spot, you'll get out of the minibus and enjoy the dancing colours of the Aurora Borealis with warm juice and biscuits. A relaxing way to end your day in beautiful Kirkenes!
