Go on an adventure around Saint-André during a one day horseback ride around the Bassin Bœuf reserved for experienced riders!
Close to Saint-André, on the windward coast, you will discover the luxuriant vegetation of the east of Reunion Island and its waterways dotted with natural pools and waterfalls, including the famous Bassin Bœuf. Located in the north of the Cirque de Salazie, in the commune of Sainte-Suzanne, the Bassin Bœuf is a must to visit between Saint-Denis and Saint-Benoît. This horseback ride will allow you to enjoy it in a unique way!
In this part of Reunion Island, the relief is particular, between low alluvial plains and steep mountains: you will thus have the chance to ride in the middle of sublime landscapes. The horseback ride at Bassin Bœuf lasts a full day, you will be able to practice the three gaits (walk, trot and gallop) and enjoy yourself as an experienced rider with swimming sessions with your horse!
The horses of the Grand-Etang Equestrian Farm are well in their hooves, so you can trust them! Book and come to discover the island of Reunion under another day during this horseback ride at the Bassin Bœuf: change of scenery guaranteed!

Activity requirements
Be an experienced rider and be comfortable in all 3 paces (walk, trot, canter).
You must know how to swim. Please do not wear shorts but long pants.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the activity to take place.
