Practical information
Discover one of Catalonia’s most breathtaking natural wonders with this full-day kayaking and hiking excursion through the Mont-rebei Gorge and along the Aragón Path, with a scenic Aqua Bus return to wrap up the day in comfort.
Your journey begins at the Corçà Nautical Base, where you’ll meet the local team and receive all necessary kayaking equipment. After a brief safety briefing, you’ll embark on a peaceful 9-kilometer paddle through the striking limestone cliffs of the Mont-rebei Gorge. With each stroke, the towering canyon walls, turquoise waters and unspoiled wilderness offer a unique perspective of this protected natural area.
You’ll dock your kayak at Seguer Pier, right beside the suspension bridge. From here, your hiking adventure begins along the Aragón Path, one of the most iconic routes in the region. Expect a mix of footbridges, steep staircases carved into the rock, and panoramic views over the gorge and surrounding landscapes.
The hike covers 9.5 kilometers with a 456-meter elevation gain, passing through highlights like the Seguer stairs and the Santa Quitèria hermitage, before reaching the Montfalcó Pier.
To end the day, relax aboard the Aqua Bus, which takes you on a leisurely ride back to the Corçà base.
This activity is best suited for adventurous participants in good physical condition, especially during warm weather when the hike can be demanding.
