Discover the wild beauty of Mont-Rebei Gorge on this full-day kayak and hike excursion across the Canelles Reservoir.
Your day begins at the Corçà Nautical Base, where you'll meet your instructor and get equipped with a kayak, paddle, and life jacket. The activities are self-guided, but a route map with explanations is provided to help you navigate with ease. Before departure, you’ll also receive detailed instructions on how to use the kayak and the safety rules to follow.
Then, you'll set off for a 9-kilometer paddle through the dramatic cliffs of the Mont-rebei Gorge, one of the most stunning natural landscapes in Catalonia. The kayak route is direct and without stops, making it easy to follow even for beginners.
At Seguer pier, right by the suspension bridge, you’ll dock your kayak. Staff will be present to explain to you the hiking route before it begins. The hike follows the Catalan side of the gorge along the Camí de la Pertusa, a scenic route carved into the rock face. Along the way, you’ll pass the Hermitage of la Pertusa, a viewpoint with sweeping panoramas over the reservoir.
The 10.5-kilometer hike (with 483 meters of elevation gain) ends back at Corçà Nautical Base. The hiking trails are clearly marked, and once ashore, participants are free to take breaks as they wish, enjoying the spectacular scenery at their own pace.
This activity is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking for a full-day challenge, combining tranquil paddling, dramatic scenery, and one of the most iconic hiking paths in the region.

Great kayaking activity with gorgeous views. The hike however did not take us to the stairs nor the precipices. This was disappointing when the pictures of the precipices are displayed in the hike info. The hike is only recommended for avid hikers cause it's really tough.
