Course of events
Please allow up to 4 hours for the entire experience.
- Pick-up from your hotel in Abisko (from 8.15 p.m.) or Björkliden (from 8 p.m.) 15 minutes before the start of the activity
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Departure for a 3.5-hour excursion to try to observe the Northern Lights around Abisko: you will travel a maximum of 100 km round trip between Abisko and the observation site chosen by the team depending on weather conditions, and enjoy a hot drink on site while waiting for the Northern Lights to appear
- Return to your hotel in Abisko or Björkliden scheduled for around midnight
