Course of events
* Participants can choose between listed pick-up locations or meet at the Hotel Ylläsrinne, please specify when booking
- Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the departure time

- Put on your gear (thermal overalls, boots, scarf, gloves, hat, wool socks, and helmet)
- Safety briefing and introduction to snowmobiling

Activity requirements
Please note that a minimum of 2 participants are required to run this tour.
In addition, each person driving a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license (B). Please remember to take your driver's license with you.
This excursion features 2 persons per snowmobile.
Children 0-12 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile. If the child of 13 or 14 years old is less than 140 cm (4'5") and is not capable of sitting safely on the snowmobile, s/he will be seated in the sledge. We highly recommend that a parent or guardian accompany small children in the sledge for the child’s comfort and safety. If a child over 140 cm (4'5") wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability).
Special terms
Please be advised that the snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle. Personal self-liability is max. 900 €/person/snowmobile/case of accident. By purchasing a 15 € self-liability insurance before the start of the safari, you reduce the amount of self-liability down to a maximum of 150 €/person/snowmobile/case of accident. Self-liability insurance is personal and valid in one snowmobile safari.

The fun starts after being picked up from one of the listed locations (please specify when booking) or meeting onsite. You'll be greeted by your experienced and knowledgeable guide, then change into your winter gear, which includes thermal overalls, boots, wool socks, a scarf, a hat, and gloves. After a safety briefing and introduction to snowmobiling techniques, you and your group (a maximum of 25 people) will put on your helmets and set out into the snow!
