A look back at the Soul Flyers' wingsuit feat

Last November, Fred Fugen and Vince Reffet achieved the impossible by flying a wingsuit in an aeroplane at about 150 km/h.

The "A Door In The Sky" project consisted of entering this small plane through the side door but by base jumping from a 4062 meter high mountain peak, the Jungfrau in the Bernese Alps. Last December, we did a long interview with Fred Fugen about this incredible feat where the Soul Flyers revealed the details and the backstage. Following the 200 million views, Red Bull (the sponsor and financier of the operation) published a video that tells the whole story of this crazy moment with the preparation, the tests, the failures, the injuries and the final victory of the Soul Flyers. A return in images on this impressive challenge where everything was played out to the centimetre, leaving no room for chance. With Swiss precision, everything was subtly coordinated by Yves Rossy, the famous Jetman and a veteran of this kind of exploit.
