Course of events
Please allow around 3.5 hours for the whole experience.
- Meeting with the naturalist park ranger at the Sablonnière bridge, about 3.5 km after the Diable reception area at Mont-Tremblant National Park, 15 minutes before the start of the activity
- Distribution of equipment and fitting of life jackets
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Canoe launching
- Departure for a 3-hour guided canoe tour on the Diable River
- End of the descent of the Diable River at the Mont de la Vache Noire
- Return to the Sablonnière bridge by shuttle bus
- Return of the equipment and end of the activity
Activity requirements
Minimum weight required: 40 lbs / 18 kg
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
A minimum of 2 participants is required to run this activity.
Special terms
The canoe can accommodate:
- 2 adults;
- 1 adult and 1 child aged 10 to 17;
- 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years old.
Children (under 18 years old) can take part as "Passengers" and not have to paddle.
Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.
