Your adventure begins at one of the listed meeting points in Saariselkä (please specify when booking). After a scenic drive, you'll be greeted by your expert guide/musher. Then, you and your group (a maximum of 16 participants) will put on your winter gear, including thermal overalls, winter boots, wool socks, a hat, a scarf, and gloves. Once you've recieve a safety briefing, along with an introduction to do sledding and dog sledding techniques, you'll meet the huskies and the fun starts! 

You'll set out at high speeds, led by your team of energetic dogs, through snow-covered forests and hills, experiencing a rush of adrenaline in the cold Arctic air. Halfway through the 5 km (3 miles) tour, you'll stop for a break and will switch drivers. Upon your return to the base, you'll be taken on a kennel tour and meet more of the adorable huskies. In addition, your guide will share fascinating facts and insights into their daily lives. Next, you'll be treated to a hot drink, the perfect way to warm up after your time in the Arctic wilderness! You'll head back to Saariselkä with lifelong memories.
