Join along for a unique winter experience that combines the thrill of snowmobiling with relaxing ice fishing, the best of both worlds! Discover why both activities are beloved by locals while enjoying Finland's and Saariselkä's spectacular winter wonderland!
All experience levels are welcome on this ideal family-friendly activity. During this safari, you'll learn the basics of both snowmobiling and ice fishing from your experienced guide. They will go through all safety measures and snowmobile driving techniques. Please note that two people generally share one snowmobile. However, you can always change drivers halfway!
Once you've arrived on location via shuttle, the adventure begins! You'll cross over a frozen lake to the site where your guide will show you how to drill your own ice fishing hole and also explain ice fishing techniques. While patience is key when hoping for a bite, your guide will make a campfire, and prepare warm drinks/snacks while you wait! They can also cook any fish you catch on the open fire.

Special terms
- Please note that there can be changes in the program due to weather conditions.
- Children are pulled in a sled by the guide's snowmobile. However, all children over 140 cm (4 foot, 5") can sit on the back seat of the snowmobile after consulting the guides.
