Whitewater swimming excursion in the Verdon

The qualified team of Haute Provence Outdoor takes you on a whiterwater swimming excursion. You will explore the breathtaking largest canyon of the Verdon river at the foot of impressive limestone cliffs. An incredibly fun experience since you will get to walk, swim and jump in refreshing transparent waters.

A memorable excursion and the best part is that it is less challenging than canyoning. All the obstacles are optional, only the daredevil will jump, so you can relax and splash about to you heart's content!

Follow Haute Provence Outdoor on a half day outing in the family friendly Couloir Samson or on a day trip in the technical route of l'Imbut. You will be supervised by your instructor at all time. He/she will provide insightful infos and instructions, teach you how to position your body in the water and you will also learn the importance of following the track to protect the fragile ecosystem of the river.

You're in for a fun packed day
You will meet Haute Provence Outdoor team on arrival at the camping. Once your guide has checked the weather and water conditions, you'll gear up with helmets and life jackets in the changing room.

The team will drive you to the start of the canyon where you will be briefed about security and the activity before boarding the raft. Your instructor will be with you at all times and provides helpful advice.
Once the activity is over, you will be driven back to the camping where you will change and also have access to the showers.

The amazing aquatic and mineral world of these routes will cast a true spell on you!
