Practical information
How to get to Saint-Auban:
From Castellane, take the national road 85 toward GRASSE. After about 10,5 kms turn left direction “La Bâtie/ Peyroules”. After Peyroules, drive about more 2 kms. When you get to a junction with the road D2211, turn left direction “La Foux / Saint Auban”. At the entrance of the village of Saint-Auban, pass the river l'Estéron, continue the D2211 for 1 km. The guide Mickaël will be waiting for you at the meeting point, in the car park on the right upstream of the "Clue of Saint-Auban".

You must be able to swim autonomously for at least 50m and to be submerged in water.

The fabulous canyon nestled at the origins of the Estéron valley, at the foothills of the village, winds its way through 2 dramatic cliffs of 150m high. A steep-sided and aquatic starter of a track that reflects the beauty of the other descents of the valley.
Let Haute Provence Outdoor guide you through the canyon of la Clue de Saint Auban, a route of many jumps, abseils, slides and one zipline which requires a good level of fitness. The current and movements of water may surprise you, it is necessary that you have a good ability to swim and be comfortable in the water. The canyon is ideal for sporty people with or without a previous experience in canyoning.

You will meet Haute Provence Outdoor team on arrival at the camping. Once your guide has checked the weather and water conditions, you'll gear up with helmets and life jackets.
