The largest river in Mont-Tremblant National Park, the Diable River flows for nearly 82 km from Lac du Diable in Matawinie to the Rouge River, south of Mont-Tremblant. It crosses a large part of the park, particularly between Lac Chat and Mont de la Vache Noire, where the SEPAQ team invites you to discover the meandering Diable River by canoe or kayak, in complete autonomy! For around 4 hours, you will have the pleasure of canoeing down a calm 12 km stretch of the river, the ideal way to enjoy a peaceful tour through the park, discovering its flora and fauna in complete freedom.
Renting a canoe or kayak on the Diable River will give you a pleasant outdoor getaway, between silver maple forests, sandy banks and the rock face of Mont de la Vache Noire, where your trip ends. Equipped with all the gear you need for the activity, you will paddle down the Diable River in complete safety, on your own in a kayak, or with a partner or even a child in a canoe.
