Best Time to Visit the Lasithi Plateau

The plateau is beautiful year-round, but the best time to visit is from April to October, when the weather is warm and the villages are lively. In spring, wildflowers cover the fields, and the mountains are still dusted with snow.

July and August can be hot, though the altitude makes it cooler than the coast. Early autumn is ideal for hiking and cycling, as the air is crisp and the summer crowds have thinned.

How to Get There
