Our ticket said to show up at 945 am which we did. But the ship had sailed. It said to show up at the ticket office which we did 10 mins before 945 am would’ve been 15 mins before but the lady behind desk said we needed to be an hour before. She gave us a ticket for a later departure but my ticket costed more than the ticket I received. I was scheduled on the 159.99$ event. The 2 clerk spoke in French since we were speaking in English. The 1 clerk mention to the other clerk the ticket she was giving us was cheaper than what we paid. She wanted to know what to do, the other clerk said that’s find, they won’t know. My husband speaks French and translated their conversation to me when we were outside. I will never use your services again. They also accused us of not reading our ticket right so she wanted to see it. Which I handed it to her and she read it over and saw it said to be at the ticket office at 945 am. So, she grudgingly gave us a new ticket on this other boat.
