Santorini is a picturesque island located in the Cyclades archipelago in Greece. Akrotiri is a historic village located on the southwestern coast of Santorini, known for its archaeological site, stunning views of the caldera and beautiful black sand beaches.

To start the sea kayaking excursion, you can either meet the certified instructor directly at the starting point on Akrotiri Beach, or choose to be picked up from your accommodation on the island. You don't need to be an expert kayaker to participate in this tour, all you need is to be relatively fit and motivated. The guide will provide the kayaking equipment and go through a quick safety briefing. Before going in the water, you'll have an introductory course to sea kayaking and learn how to paddle effortlessly. Then, you'll set off from Akrotiri along Santorini's southern coastline!

As you paddle in the crystal clear Aegean Sea, you'll have excellent panoramic views of the coastline and the famous caldera. You'll pass by the beautiful beaches of Red Beach, Kambia Beach, and White Beach, discovering these iconic sites from a unique position. Along the way, you'll stop for a break to enjoy a light homemade picnic with local delicacies, snacks, and fresh fruits. You'll have time to swim in the refreshing sea and explore underwater using snorkelling equipment. The adventure will end at the starting point in Akrotiri, where you will then be transferred back to your accommodation in Santorini.
