On the day of your whale-watching excursion from Alta, you'll need to arrive at the meeting point in the Æventyr Booking Point at least 15 minutes before the start of the experience. There, you will meet your instructor, who will welcome you to Alta and tell you about the itinerary for the day, as well as set a few safety rules for the tour, so you can enjoy it fully. They will also distribute the thermal suits, you'll wear to stay warm throughout this adventure in the Arctic.
