Toegankelijk voor het hele gezin. Wij waren met 3 kids van 5, 8 en 10. Zelfs die van 5 vond het fantastisch. Sprongen of slides die te moeilijk waren kon je allemaal op een eenvoudige manier voorbij gaan. Prettige instructeur. Prachtige omgeving. Ook voor volwassenen (beginners) zit er voldoende uitdaging in.
De kids noemden het de leukste activiteit tijdens onze vakantie.

Frequently asked questions about Bavella
Many canyons, such as Pulischellu and Fiumicelli, offer routes suitable for children from around 7–8 years old, always accompanied by a guide. Sportier canyons like La Vacca or Purcaraccia generally require participants to be at least 12–14 years old and comfortable with swimming and heights.
No prior experience is needed for initiation canyons or discovery hikes; local professionals adapt the activity to your level and provide full guidance. Sportier canyons and hikes require good physical condition and some familiarity with outdoor activities.
For canyoning: swimsuit, towel, closed-toe shoes (that can get wet), and a change of clothes. For hiking: comfortable walking shoes, water, snacks, sun protection, and a light jacket. All technical equipment is provided by your guide.
Most canyoning and hiking experiences are offered from spring to autumn, depending on weather and water levels. Some hikes may be accessible in winter, but always check with your guide in advance.
