Activity description

Take a snowshoeing tour in the Jacques-Cartier National Park from Quebec City!

Quatre Natures offers you a unique and typically Quebecois experience in the Jacques Cartier National Park, combining snowshoeing and the discovery of Quebec's culinary specialties.

Starting from old Quebec, you will take the road to reach the Jacques Cartier National Park. Once there, your instructor will introduce you to the equipment and help you get dressed. You will then leave for a 3-hour snowshoeing tour to discover one of the most famous national parks in Quebec. During the hike, you will enjoy the incredible forest scenery, discover incredible views of Jacques Cartier Park and, if you are lucky, come across some animals. A stop will be made in a heated tent where you can enjoy a lunch with a hot drink. Afterwards, you will have to join the shuttle that will drop you off in the old town of Quebec.

Offer Description

9am: departure from Quebec City
10am : arrival at the national park
10:15 am : start of the guided activity
2pm : end of the guided activity
2:30 pm : departure from the park
3:30 pm : return to Quebec City

Special terms

Winter activities include transportation from Old Quebec. When you make your reservation, a seat is automatically reserved on the shuttle. Departure is at 9:00 a.m. from Place d'Armes or 9:05 a.m. from Gare du Palais. Please contact us if you wish to go to the Jacques-Cartier National Park by your own means (no discount).

Le sol étant trop glacé, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les raquettes, nous avons apprécié que l'activité ne soit pas annulée. Nous sommes partis en balade avec des bâtons et des crampons.

Promenade très agréable qui permet de profiter de jolies vues. Le tout accompagné d'une guide très sympa et professionnelle. Elle nous apprend beaucoup de choses sur la faune et la flore, avec des explications précises et des feuilles pour illustrer. Les pauses de dégustation de produit locaux sont les bienvenues également :) . Bref, un bon moment dans la forêt enneigée.
